A great addition to Bellingham
I have eaten here 2 times now. The food and service quality is excellent! The atmosphere is very nice and unique. We like to sit up in the balcony and 'people' watch. The only other restaurant that comes close to Bayou on Bay is the Alligator Soul in Everett. If you sit in the balcony, tip the wait staff well! They will walk up and down the steps many times to serve you. Some of the most fit wait staff in Washington state for sure!
