If only the bagels...

Very busy, popular w/ WWU crowd. Lots of sandwiches and other deli choices. Extremely casual atmosphere. Fast turnover: limited table space does not seem to be a problem. Local reading material abundantly available.

But, lines can be pretty long, especially around noon time. Prices seem a tad high, although the sandwich plates are nicely adorned in deli "fixin's." Biggest problem: The bagels themselves. I'd best describe them as "scrawny." They are too thin, dry, and overly chewy. They turn into rocks after a day or so (even if kept in a sealed plastic bag). And, while all bagels have a propensity for losing their seeds, these are particularly vulnerable.
